This exciting project has involved the master planning of Sawcliffe Industrial Park to provide a bold and unique business opportunity.

These plans are subject to approval by the North Lincolnshire council and if successful, will allow the redevelopment of an 8.5 acre industrial estate. They have been developed In partnership with Market Rasen’s Evergreen Group UK Ltd, with plans of the development being completed in 4 phases.

The plan is to create commercial space that is affordable, functional and makes a bold design statement. Each Design would be designed to the users unique requirements.
