This masterplan illustrates the design of 12 large detached houses with a large quantity of amenity space surrounding each potential home. It showcases our technical, design and graphical ability. The homes will be situated in a beautiful location in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, placed within the countryside's landscape.
