We gained Planning Permission!!

We have recently gained planning permission for a new build based in Lincolnshire. The building is to have 4 bedrooms, a double garage and large open plan living spaces. 

The entrance to the building is to have a large void emphasising the large open plan concept of the design, up to the first floor. This will then be complimented with clean contemporary materials and sleek design. 

The first floor also contains a fully glazed large terrace space accessible from the master bedroom and landing space. The rear of the design is to have a large quantity of glass to allow for plenty of natural light to enter the living spaces. 

The ground floor living spaces will also feature kinetic louvres that can shield and reduce the quantity of natural light into the space.
