We gained Planning Permission!!

AM2 Architects are proud to say that we have gained planning permission for another one of our projects!!

We have used the existing building as the guidelines of our design precedents adding an extra wing to the building for symmetry, whilst keeping to the original silhouette.

The design includes 2 kitchens with separate pantry, a cinema room, 2 reception rooms, a dining room, a games room & 7 bedrooms (3 with en-suites & balconies). The design is also situated within 15.9 acres of private mature gardens, woodland and paddocks. 

The facade is to get a modern uplift using white render & brick slip cladding to compliment the new grand entrance situated in the centre of the front facade. the new water feature/roundabout is sure to create a great first impression when paired with this new modern facade.
