We gained Planning Permission!!

AM2 Architects are proud to say that we have gained planning permission for the above project!!

The design uses a great majority of the existing building as to create a modern and contemporary design. The facade is to be upgraded to provide the modern aesthetic with a new roof and introduction of a second floor. 

The entrance to the build is via the first floor which is now covered by a brise solei that guides the person to the side entrance/lobby. The garages on the ground floor are to be removed and bedroom/office spaces inserted in place. The rear of the property which is severely sloped is to be flattened out up to a retaining wall to allow for a better amenity experience. 

The interior spaces are to become contemporary open plan spaces with large ceiling heights and plenty of natural light.
